Delete your account.
You can permanently delete your WRENCH: Pocket Mechanic account and all of its data at any time. You don't need an active subscription (the app is free), and you can request deletion even if you've already uninstalled the app. Here's how, and exactly what gets removed.
Option 1 — Delete inside the app
If you still have WRENCH installed:
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you've uninstalled the app or prefer not to use it, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion for you:
Send a deletion request to legal@arwrench.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of the data we hold for you, including:
- All assets, service records, and reminders
- All chat threads and AI conversation history
- All photos and files you uploaded
- Your user profile and authentication credentials
- Push notification tokens
When it happens
When you delete your account, it's closed immediately and your data is taken out of active use. We then hold it in a recoverable state for 90 days — so if you change your mind, you can sign back in within that window and restore everything. After 90 days, your data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
- Immediately — your account is closed and your data is removed from active use.
- Within 90 days — sign back in any time to restore your account and all of its data.
- After 90 days — your account and all associated data are permanently erased.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, and we never use it after you've asked us to delete it. If you email a deletion request instead of using the app, the same 90-day permanent-erasure timeline applies from the date we process your request.
